What is a PACER for Wellbeing?

A Pacer is a person or thing that sets the pace for others to follow, a trailblazer.

The most forward thinking companies in the world are showing the rest of us that when an organisation prioritieses the wellbeing of their staff, everyone benefits. This includes shareholders, customers, and all other stakeholders. As Richard Branson famously said, “Take Care Of Your Employees And They’ll Take Care Of Your Business“. We can all agree, Branson is certainly a pacer and a trailblazer!

At Lotus Strength Consulting, we kow that there are many factors that affect wellbeing. Based on our training, knowledge and research, we have identified 5 key pillars that can effectively boost wellbeing. These pilllars form our PACER model of wellbeing.

When these elememts are taken care of, people thrive. We want to help to create a world of PACER organisations, who recognise that employee wellbeing is not a luxury, but a vital business asset, as well as the compassionate, humane thing to do in the world.

Bringing out the best in your staff and your business

Happy, healthy staff create a happy, healthy business

You know that the most valuable resource you have is the people who work for you.

Your people need to feel valued and connected, and know that their health and wellbeing is a priority for you. When they do, they will take less sick leave, are more likely to stay loyal and will be highly motivated and effective in their work. Stress and disconnection can cost people and businesses dearly, but they can be avoided.

Here at Lotus Strength Consulting, we believe that connection to self, to colleagues, friends and loved ones, to the organisation and the wider world around us is a vital need for human wellbeing and resilience to stress.

We are passionate about helping people deepen these connections, raising awareness of the impact and triggers of stress on people and business, and sharing tools and promoting habits that promote connection, resilience and healthy living.

From Our Founder

Resilience comes from connection

I’ve experienced the devastating impact of stress. It permeates all areas of life – work, home, relationships, physical health, mental health, finances can all be affected by stress. Stress in the workplace is rising year on year, and the toll on indiividuals, companies, customers and all other stakeholders is rising with it.

It doesn’t have to be like this. Your people can give so much more to your organisation, their colleagues and your customers and shareholders if they are well and happy. Your people want to give you their best, but they may need support to be able to do so.

We are living in turbulent times, and resilience is key for us as individuals and organisations. A happy, healthy staff will be able to support the changing needs of your organisation, to ensure that you are able to continue to be successful through the storms of uncertainty that we are experiencing

Happy, healthy, resilient staff = happy, healthy, resilient business

It would be a great honour for to work with you and help you create powerful change for the benefit of all in your organisation.

I look forward to hearing from you
